At Brigadoon, we believe that through the power of community, we can take care of one another. We believe that every family deserves the same basic experiences and that every child should experience the joy and playfulness that camp offers.

It costs approximately $1,750 a week for a child to attend a week-long camp program. However, 85 per cent of our campers are underfunded. The average parent contribution made to Brigadoon is $300 per child. The funds raised through corporate, individual, foundation and community support help ensure we never turn a child away for financial reasons.

Here are some of the ways you can give extraordinary kids a chance to be ordinary:

  • One-Time or Monthly Donation

    All donations, no matter what their size or frequency, make an impact on children living with health conditions and other life challenges. Put a smile on a child’s face by helping to send them to camp.

  • Donate Securities

    By donating publicly traded securities, you eliminate the capital gains tax that you’d have to pay if you sold the securities and then donated the proceeds. You will also receive a tax receipt for the full market value of your donation. Please contact us to receive information and instructions that allows you to make a worthwhile contribution and maximize your tax benefit.
