Camp Braveheart is the first overnight summer camp of its kind in Atlantic Canada for children and youth aged 7-18 living with congenital or acquired heart conditions.

Campers will participate in a wide range of camp activities, make meaningful connections with others, and build valuable skills that will help them succeed outside of the camp environment. During Camp Braveheart, we help campers learn self-advocacy skills and to notice what they might need (breaks during periods of high activity, etc.). All of this takes place during a week full of exceptional fun!
