    You can visit us or we can bring the people and supplies to you!

    Brigadoon Village is open all year round and we take bookings from early September through mid-June. The summer season is reserved for our camp programs and is not available for outside bookings.

    Our Outdoor Centre season books quickly. Your flexibility allows us to ensure we can find a date that will meet your group's needs.

    An estimate is fine.

    We have 148 beds in the spring & fall seasons and 60 beds in winter. Depending on the size of your group, we may book other visitors during your visit. If you prefer to have the site to yourselves there may be an additional fee required.

    Spending time together over a shared meal is an important part of the Brigadoon experience. Our Kitchen Team works hard to ensure that our food is of high quality and that people with a wide range of dietary needs can enjoy their meals here.

    If you choose to bring your own snacks they must be nut and shellfish free.

    We are happy to provide bedding sets for your participants, for $15 per set. Our bedding sets include a pillow, pillowcase, fitted sheet, flat sheet, fleece blanket and quilt. We can provide up to 25 sets of bedding.
