March Break Leadership Camp

Our March Break Leadership program is open to campers aged 13-18 who are keen to improve their leadership skills. This program is open to campers who have previously attended a camp session with Brigadoon Village.

We’ll focus on skills that make good leaders, like teamwork and collaboration, listening, empathy, problem-solving, and initiative. While these skills will all come in handy during their future experiences with Brigadoon, we pride ourselves on providing skills that will help campers become better teammates and leaders within their communities.

In order to apply for this program, campers should be ready to participate fully in discussions and skill-development sessions. While this program will be fun, it will also be different from their typical camp experience! It will require sharing their thoughts, discussing with others, and putting themselves out in a very kind and welcoming environment.
